Human beings experience great stressors as we age, so it is common that our physical fitness and personal health takes a back seat to the busy life styles that we lead. In my 34 years' experience as a fitness professional, I have learned that there is no approach to physical fitness that is right for everyone. A wide sweeping and adaptive plan is needed to ensure success. 

It is my life’s passion and pursuit to bring awareness of overall health and wellness issues to my family, friends, as well as my current and future clients of the overall importance of a healthy balanced lifestyle. 

I specialize in a wide range of coaching including: Pre and Post Natal instruction/training, Post Rehab standards, Cardiovascular programming, mentoring and specialized training for student athletes. My focus Is strength training and to address that focus for the past 25 years I have been developing a specialized strength training protocol, HISREPP - High Intensity Slow Repetition Protocol. 

I have been involved in the fitness industry since I was 16 years old and have extended experience dealing with multiple demographics, ranging from the young to the old. I am a strong motivator and experienced personal coach.  

I was a 4-year national scholarship recipient in the ROTC program at the University of Rio Grande. This initial exposure n the ROTC program enabled me to hone my leadership capabilities. I participated on the elite ranger challenge team for 4 years and we competed at a national level in the Ranger Challenge Competition. Leading the team two years as the platoon leader of the team. Upon graduation I, receiving one of a few special commissions awarded to cadets in the united states. Securing a very coveted military intelligence active-duty commission. I spent 7 years in the United States Army as a mechanized infantry Bradley commander and Military Intelligence officer. 

My educational background includes a B.S. in Sports Studies and Exercise Science from the University of Rio Grande. I have also secured numerous graduate certificates in the health and wellness industry over the length of my fitness career. I’ve held many other management positions within the fitness industry. Over the years I have honed my abilities to educate, lead and secure comprehensive, results oriented coaching and training programs. 

My greatest personal achievements that define my professional career to this point in time, is my work with the student athletes, the development of my HISREPP standard/program and the completion of my 2018, 2,652 mile, thru-Hike of the Pacific Crest Trail.

MY LONG TERM GOAL IS CONTINUE WORKING TOWARD FULLFILLING A DREAM I’VE BEEN WORKING TOWARD MY WHOLE CAREER OF OPENING MY OWN FITNESS STUDIO. THE PAST 2 AND HALF DECADES I’VE BEEN BUILDING MY HISREPP PROGRAM TO BE THE FEATURE OF THE STUDIO.

IT’S ONE OF THE THINGS THAT SEPERATE MYSELF FROM THE OTHER FITNESS PROFESSIONALS I’VE WORKED BESIDE SINCE I BEGAN MY FITNESS CAREER

IT DOESN’T MAKE ME ANY BETTER THAN THE OTHERS, IT JUST MAKES MY PROCESS ABIT UNIQUE.
